Congratulations on another successful Walk to School Day! Students all around the country used their feet to get to school. We are happy to announce the winner of the $500 Walk/Bike/Roll to School Day Award.
Jump into the Fall Activity Challenge by logging your recess minutes. Have fun during recess and compete for awards like the Peaceful Playgrounds Playground Activity award.
The school that tracks the highest total minutes spent in SPARK physical education will receive a Sportime PE Starter Pack (choice of K-2, 3-6, 6-8) (value $419.99-$799.99).
This award will go to the school with the school with the highest total minutes of biking activity logged during the Activity Challenge.
Any school that tracks activity for 20 participants or more by October 31, 2017 will be entered into a drawing to win 100 Specialized water bottles. Track at least 1 activity for 20 or more participants and you could win this Specialized Water Bottle Award!
The school with the most total minutes spent walking during the Activity Challenge will receive one set of six mybackpacktags® items (walk, bike, bus, car, & two carabiners) for up to 150 students ($540 value).

Myrtle Tate Elementary students in Las Vegas, Nevada launched their first Fire Up Your Feet challenge by dancing in the classrooms every Friday to music over the loudspeaker. Even parents are encouraged to participate by coming to the school to dance with the students. Now with three Fire Up Your Feet challenges under their belts, they are still dancing!

The Fire Up Your Feet Spring Activity Challenge in Clark County is off to a great start with their first winner announced...Nate Mack Elementary School!
It all started when Malabon Elementary School parent Norene Walters’ bike was stolen from the school last September. Norene, used to staying active by biking in every morning with her three children, could have used the incident as an excuse to stop riding. Instead, she used it as motivation to get more kids and families on bikes.
